The United States market is flooded with beauty products as it’s one of the biggest industries in the country (you’re probably familiar with companies like Estée Lauder, Johnson and Johnson, L’Oréal, and Procter & Gamble), but did you know there is a whole world of beauty companies with unique products to discover?

Whether you’re a beauty junkie or not, these products may help you plan your next travel destination, but not too worry if travel is not in your budget, most of these products are available online.

Taking a bath after a long day is a great way to relax, but do you know what can make a bath even more enjoyable? A bath bomb.

You may be familiar with the store Lush, a bath and body store that has popped up around the United States. If you want to get away from the household name brands, in Disney Springs Marketplace at Walt Disney World in Florida, you will find Basin. It’s an all-natural bath and beauty store, and all their products are made in the USA, and they are all animal cruelty-free.

They are best known for their bath bombs, even releasing a limited edition one shaped like a Poké Ball, but they also offer other products such as shampoo and conditioner and there’s an area where you can mix your own bath salts. So, maybe a trip to Walt Disney World soon? However, they’ve recently opened up a new location in Las Vegas — slots anyone?

Their bath bombs range from $3.99 to $19.99 for a barrel.

A deodorant and a toner! As one of the oldest products in the Brazil beauty market, having launched in 1929, it’s one of the most beloved products of many Brazilians.

If you’re planning on visiting Brazil, you may want to pick up a bottle. This rose fragrant smelling product has many uses — it’s a skin cleanser, a deodorant, and a makeup remover.

Just figured out after a week that the rashes on my neck were prickly heat and they almost spread on the entire area up to shoulders! Imagine how uncomfortable it was and I really don't know why I had them! So, in my quest for cure I searched for the brand which I used for my kids in PH but was not available here… But, tadah! I found one, though very hesitant at first but got curious with the "cooling effect"… Guess what, the "cooling thing" is indeed true! Haha! Seriously, it feels like a menthol powder which surprisingly and indeed stops the itchyness… Eventually, the prickly heat lessened and started to be invisible. Sooo lucky to found this brand! Moms, it's perfect for our kids! I think I should get some for my kids too!

Lucas’ Papaw Ointment, Australia

This little red tub is famous in Australia and it has been talked about all over the Internet. It was created almost a century ago and it’s a staple ointment that’s in most Aussie bags or medicine cabinets.  The back of this product tells you all the amazing things it does, including a remedy for dry skin, chapped lips, minor burns, rashes, cuts, insect stings, and the temporary relief of eczema. So, it’s basically a pharmacy in a tub.

This genie in a bottle makes me want to book a trip to the U.K. The product is long-lasting, and it only cost about $7.99.

Santa Maria Novelle Skin Exfoliating Powder, Italy

This is one of the oldest beauty products you can buy at the Officina Profumo Farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella in Florence Italy. It’s made from Iris powder that helps to exfoliate the skin leaving it feeling smooth and attenuating winkles. It can be used as a rub or a mask (by making water to the powder to create a paste). You can buy it online for about $40.
